As I understand it, the eyecolor size listed as "small" -- which is the regular eyeshadow size when you buy them individually -- is 0.02 oz/0.57 grams, and the color size listed as "extra-small" or sometimes "mini" -- which is often the size that comes w/kits and collections -- is 0.01 oz/0.28 g.
The Eye Club pots are apparently the regular eye color size, "small": http://www.bareescentuals.com/The-bareMinerals-Eye-Club/46574,default,pd.html?start=10&cgid=BE_EYES (Find where it says "Your first shipment will include" -- below the top product "frame".)
I submitted a suggestion recently that they put this information either with the products or somewhere on the site (like in a FAQs section or something). It would be nice to have an idea of the size, rather than guessing what is meant by small, or medium (blushes are "medium" in their regular size, for example -- which, FYI, is 0.03 oz/0.85 g), etc. By contrast, the ordinary foundation size which is called "large" is quite a bit larger: 0.28 oz/6.0 g.
If you're like me, and you have a hard time judging size/quantity by the weight given, I'd say the "small" or regular eyeshadow size -- for the part that is the eyeshadow itself, excluding the pot container -- would be a bit bigger than a quarter in circumference (with the jar/pot, it is probably a bit smaller than a half-dollar). The "extra-small" would probably be about the size of a nickel where the product is (with the jar/pot itself being about the size of a quarter). (Sorry if you are not from the US or familiar with our coins.) In terms of height, I'd guess the shadow itself takes up about 1/8 inch in both sizes. (The pots themselves are a good 1/4 inch or so, with the exterior housing and the sifter lid over the shadow powder itself.)
But, remember, just a few sprinkles covers an entire eyelid. (If you're worried about using up the pots fast, just watch when BE is on QVC to see how little they put into the jar lid to apply on the eye. They'll last a good long time.)
