After moisturizer, always. It helps to sort of "seal in" your moistuizer. But make sure you allow both the moisturize and primer to dry before appling your foundation.

Jill, Primers are not traditionally moisturizers. They are to even out the texture of your skin before applying your makeup (to give you the best application) as well as to help extend the wear. Order of application should be:

Cleanser
Skin Rever-Upper (if you use that)
Moisturizer
Primer
Foundation

If you have dry skin, I would suggest the brightening primer. If you have an issue with oily skin, try the oil control. I have dry skin and I use the neutralizing primer because of my redness and I have no problems with it drying out my skin.

It depends on your skin type. Are you oily, dry, or do you have excessive redness? The neutralizing primer is yellow and desgined to help color-correct redness in the skin. If you have very dry skin you might appreciate the brightening primer since dry skin can tend to look dull. If you have extreemely oily skin, or if you prefer a water based primer (as opposed to a scilicone one), try the oil-control version. But the original is your best bet if you are unsure, it works with every skin type witout question.

Primers are generally for all skin types unless specified (like the oil control). I have oily skin and use the Oil Control, Brightening, and Neutralizing. Its really about your preference. Oil Control i use most often, but brightening i use when my skin is a little dull. I just started using the neutralizing for my uneven tone and LOVE it! it will probably become my new go-to primer!

Buy the original. I didn't like this nearly as much, not silky the way the original is and it smells funny.
