Hi Anonymous... Sorry to hear this. This is my sugggestion, b/c I have experienced this before, too. Get a really good eye treatment cream that SOAKS IN and doesn't sit on top of your skin making it goopy. I haven't tried bm eye cream but that would be a great place to start. First, I put on my eye treatment, let it soak in for 5 - 10 minutes while I do other things to get ready. Then, apply bisque LIGHTLY (very lightly), then use the warm pad of my ring finger to "press" it in/blot it. If I still need more coverage IN A PARTICULAR SPOT, I then reapply more bisque VERY LIGHTLY, and repeat the process until it's just right. I've never had to do this more than 2 layers. Try it. Hope it works for you, too.

Do you use primer? First try a face primer, they make a great brightening one. Then if that does not seem to help enough, here is what I do. I use the original eye primer under my eyes. I use a very thin layer of it under my eyes, I never get creasing since I started doing that. I also use a great eye moisturizer before the eye primer. It has never caused any irritation or anything, it is made for the eye lids. I also use it on the lids. It really holds the shadow all day with next to no creasing. Another good tip for their new eye liner pencils, is to use the end with the smudger to press the eye liner in. It will last all day that way. Hope my tips help you, as much as they helped me.

I have this same problem. There a few things you can try.
First, if you're not already doing this, use a moisturizer for the eye area. The moisturizer will add hydration to the area that will kind of "plump" them up, so the skin expands to fill in, at least partially, where the wrinkles and lines. Bare Escentuals has a couple products you can try. There is Skin Rev-er Upper, which seems the lightest but also designed for just this sort of issue. Then, there is an eye-area moisturizer, Skincare Firming Eye Treatment. (If you happen to have oily skin, as I do, I use this and is does not give me blemish problems, as virtually every moisturizer I've tried does, even the oil-free ones.) Also, there is a product in Bare Escentuals' md formulations line, which seems like it will be a more intensive moisturizer (although I don't know for sure, as I haven't tried it), Moisture Defense Antioxidant Eye Creme.
Next, you could smooth in either the original (not brightening or oil-control) face primer or the original (not shimmery) eyelid primer. Just blend it into the under-eye area, but don't get it up into the eyelash or tear-duct areas. For the outer corner of your eyes, the eyelid primer is definitely the thing. The eyelid primer is made for anywhere there is the thinner skin around the eyes. This should help put a layer into and over the lines such that the concealer does not do that.
Lastly, if it is right for your skin tone, you might try switching to the "Well-Rested" for eyes product, instead of using the bisque under your eyes. I find the bisque to be a bit "heavier" of a product, so the Well-Rested doesn't create as much of a fill in the fine lines and wrinkles. And it seems like it's specifically designed for this eye area.
Good luck.

Try mixing bisque and eye rev-er upper together in your palm. Pat it on, under your eyes, with your fingers. Set it with hydrating mineral veil.
