Question

I ordered this mascara but, it is not the one I wanted & I had set up for every 3 month auto ship. I do I cancel auto ship?

don't like the way it goes on...i prefer the normal flawless mascara...

go to your shipment settings and select a different product to be sent out
you can change this numerous times over

or call a rep & they will help you :)

I've tried all of them. Love the normal for lower lashes. Sometimes I do use a tissue to wipe off the volumizing brush. That may help the way it does on. I've also found that a little goes a long way with this mascara.

i personally love it, but that kind of mascara is for someone who wants there lashes to look REALLY big so if you want a more classic lash look i'd cancel the auto ship or return it for the right mascara

Just call customer service and they can straighten it out for you. I had the same problem where I accidentally set myself up for the wrong foundation primer, and they just switched it over for me.
