Soap and water is a money saver. If you do use soap and water, be sure to use soap for sensitive skin or one with moisturizers in it. You don't want something strong such as antibacterial soaps. Try the Facial Cleansers by BE. Type in "samples" in the search box on this website and see what's to offer as a sample so you can try it out for yourself before getting the full size.

You will need some eye makeup remover to get this product completely off. If you use soap and water you will have some residue.

The brush can be washed with the Quick Change brush cleaner, the Well Cared for brush cleaner or gentle soap.

Purples or greens would look pretty. Here's a couple suggestions of eyeshadows you may want to try out:

If your hair is brown or blond you could try the light-medium brown shades. They really define your blue eyes. If you have gray hair like me I love using light blue shades and blue liner. I have recently purchased a gray shadow to see if it has the defining effect.

Possibly a light or dark brown color, with some shine.

If you choose to wear mascara, black is the best color. It shows the definition of your eyelashes which are the frame for your eyes. Use a light application for the look you wish.

The black is described as an intense black and the expresso is described as a rich dark brown.

I am sensitive to ingredients too. This product is made from minerals not animal waste.

This is kind of a touchy subject more so for the BE company versus the customers. I did a simple search of this and went to a website that explains the whole bat droppings rumor. According to that website, it's not true. They explained on the website in detail and it's more complicated than I thought lol. The best thing to do is always remove product off of your face after you're done with your day. You can use product that works for your face or, to make sure you're consistent, have you tried any of the md formulations line of skin care products?

They have cleanser for skin of an oily, combo, dry, AM, problem or sensitive nature. I would suggest seeing what they have as a cleanser for a makeup cleaning routine on the days that you wear your bare minerals makeup. To clean your Bare Minerals brushes, I would suggest the Well-Cared For Brush Conditioning Shampoo. It's for a low price of $14. I zoomed in the picture and it's a 4 oz. bottle of the shampoo to help keep up with your brush's appearance.

I haven't bought this yet, but a BE rep told me about it and I just might try it on my brushes. I have had my brushes for at least 5 years and wondering if the shampoo will bring life back to my half decade old brushes or if I should upgrade my brushes all together lol. The shampoo is a better option for now and if it doesn't work out for me, then I can always replace my brushes with a new one via the BE website.

Well some sources say after 3 months it's time to change it, but when you spend a lot on mascara, you want it to last. I've had my mascara for QUITE sometime, a BE mascara, and it still gives me the look I desire, doesn't dry my lashes out and still doesn't clump. As long as you're not leaving it out in the sun or forgetting to leave the top off of it a lot, I wouldn't worry too much. Always clean your makeup off before you go to bed.

I use a separate wash cloth for my face so that way I'm not using the wash cloth that I used for my body. You don't want germs or bacterial from your body wash cloth to somehow transfer to your face. Hope this helps!
