Questions & Answers for bareMinerals Well-Rested SPF 20 Eye Brightener and Blending Brush
Question
Does this cover up dark circles under eyes?
I'm looking for a "well rested look" but also I just happen to have dark circles under my eyes all the time and I use a "Bright eyes" product from Almay but its really oil based and smears my eyeliner. I'm looking for a powder product that gives good coverage to bags under eyes and was wondering if this product would do the trick for me? Or if you have any other products that might work better?

I believe this is for someone with fair to light skin with severe or very noticeable dark circles under the eyes. For example I'm Golden Dark, so this wouldn't work for me. I have to use Dark Bisque or the READY concealer in dark to mask my dark circles. For someone of fair or light skin, using a cream based concealer like READY or certain bisque powders designed for dark circles on a person with a darker skin tone would probably only bring on more attention to their dark circles.

This will absolutely do the trick. Not only does it brighten your eyes and can be used daily but it is not oily, fills in small wrinkles, brightens the eyes unlike anything else and actually helps your mascara or eyeliner from smearing under the lid. It is fantastic and I use it every day whether I go with light coverage or full coverage.

Yes I love this product. I have very very dark circles (people ask me if I have a black Eye) and it works really well at covering them.

I use the Well Rested Eye Brightener on both my lids and right under my eye. It not only helps with dark circles, it helps prevent my eyeliner from smearing :) Hope it works for you too!

There is a blending brush that can be used for eyeshadow if you want to use it for well rested or you can use the Tapered Blush Brush as an alternative.

You can try the fan brush, if you are darker than fair you want the fan brush. If you are very fair, you want the concealer brush. If you are using the well-rested as a concealer, no bisques light enough, then try the concealer brush.

Mine came with the "fast and flawless blending" brush, but I dont think you can buy that brush separately. I have seen it in some other combos similar to the well rested/brush set, but I find that I only use the max coverage consealer brush with the well rested - and that can be pruchased on its own.

Yes! It adds a yellow tone (which is the only color that truly brighten dark spots) to make those dark circles disappear and add a bright young look to your eyes. It is one of my faves.

Well-Rested SPF 20 Eye Brightener Well-Rested SPF 20 Eye Brightener and Blending Brush Special Offer: Well-Rested For Eyes & bareMinerals Firming Eye Treatment Trio Well-Rested Face and Eye Brightener
Those are the only products specifically for Well Rested. The ones about the yellow eye color I"m' not so sure about. I think those are just eyeshadow colors from different hues of yellow.

I believe you just get this set online. The only other way is from QVC regular buy, during a TSV (today's special value), from this website or probably separately at your nearest Bare Escentuals Boutique or places that have events or sell Bare Minerals. Always check online, browse and call around places to see if they have what you're looking for before making the trip out.

I don't have this brush, but from the picture it looks as though it's made from Goat hair possibly like most of BE's brushes. Look for brushes that are made of Taklon. Taklon is made of synthetic fibers. SUPER soft, supple and hugs your skin just right. Makeup is applied beautifully with synthetic brushes. I wish all the brushes BE made were synthetic. It's a dramatic difference and using the well cared for shampoo is devine because it doesn't dry them out. An example of Taklon brushes would be the Soft Focus shadow brush. Very soft. I used Taklon brushes for my blush, eyeshadows and also for my mineral veil. On QVC, there are READY blushes that come with a Taklon blush brush for under $30 if you want to try it out or just get brushes with Taklon in it by browsing the brushes on this website. Hope this helps!
