Question

When applying Mineral Veil, do you also put over your eyeshadow/eyemakup?

I was wondering, because I use the bare minerals Golden Medium, and when I wear eyemakeup (not bare minerals always, sorry), I don't apply the mineral veil to my lids. Should I do this?
