Can you tell me where to find the products (icing , frills , satin ruffle and pink ribbon ) in order to recreate this look?

I was looking at the how to"s and tips and there was a particular 5 minute gorgeous daytime look that I would love to recreate, but couldn't locate the products in order to execute it...icing lipgloss, frills eyecolor, satin ruffle eyecolor and pink ribbon blush.

Shadow recommendations to enhance green eyes. Coloring is loight brown hair, light medium complexion

My green eyes often look muddy particularly with the browns that I wear for work. Any suggestions for an eye shadow/liner color that is professionally appropriate but makes my green eyes pop? My hair is light brown, skin color is light medium.
