This look for my undertone

My skin has a cool undertone, and I want to keep that with this look. Purples and greens compliment my brown eyes BEAUTIFULLY! But I want to know how I can make this look work, while still keeping my cool undertone. Can brown eyeliners and mascaras still work with this look? Blacks often make my eyes too harsh.
