I love this look, but im confused...

Correct me if im wrong, but i would consider this look a bold eye look (anything that has colour) plus a bold lip. People always tell me that you either choose which area you want to make bold, then keep the other area to a minimum, but this look doesnt do that at all. I find this to be confusing, actually.

I think that use to be the way, but now it seems we should make every area bold and pretty. I just concentrate on each area as I put on my makeup. I put on my eye shadows and try to make that look good and move on the lips or blush. I don't think there is any rules anymore. LOL
