I too have oily skin and personally for me I find using primer with this product works just fine for my skin no more shiny spots (:

YES! I have combo skin, and living in the Texas heat we glow (sweat) down here, and to me, it stays looking fresh longer and better than the original foundation I have always used.

Any of her foundations will work for you. The compact is just an easier way to carry the product with you without worry of spilling.

I do use the mineral veil over this product just like I did with the original foundation. I have the primer, but I haven't tried it under the "Ready" foundation yet.

NO - honestly, I hate the veil. You end up looking white as a ghost. You can skip the veil. Her makeup is very good and stays on without the use of the veil. However, you do need to use a primer with any powder foundation compact or loose. Also, good idea to use with any liquid foundation. A primer actually hydrates and smooths out your face and allows foundations to go on evenly and easier.

This is totally up to you. The nature of the product provides for a very smooth application that glides over your skin. If you need oil absorption or additional hydration for extra-dry skin you can add your favorite primer, but it is not necessary to support application.

To me it's between the original and the matte, with a little bit of sheen.

Question

is the shade selection the same for the Ready as it is for original foundation?

I am interested in switching over to the Ready Foundation and I am not sure if I would still use the Beige Shade as I now do in the original foundation.
