I hope it is similar to the RareMinerals Cleanser which I prefer

It is a soft powder form of cleanser. You mix it with water to create a frothy cleanser in your hands. I'm sorry, but I am not familiar with the RareMinerals Cleanser. If you check my review of this product, you can read how I use this, not make a mess and use it effectively. Being a powder, it took me a little practice, but now I love it - it makes my skin feel soft, really clean, but not overly dry! I hope this helps you. Good luck.

Is the travel size bottle refillable

I travel a lot and LOVE this product .. I would love to have the travel size and be able to refill it with my at home large bottle ..
