Question

Over Moisturizer or In Place of Moisturizer??

I have developed very dry skin and have found relief with the Renew and Hydrate Eye Cream and the Purely Nourishing Cream for Dry Skin. Typically I use the Purely Nourishing Moisturizer for Normal to Dry Skin, but I really needed a boost lately!

Anyway, in addition to dry skin, I am also developing very uneven and dull skin tone and would like to try this primer. Do I use it OVER my moisturizer or IN PLACE of my moisturizer?

Any direction you could provide would be appreciated! THANK YOU!
