Question

Can you please tell me if these new Moxie lipglosses have a fragrance?

I am very allergic and have been unable to wear the Buxoms for this reason. Thank you!

I'm a big fan of Buxom lip products and miss having them here. I've tried a few Moxie colors in sets! Nice enough gloss product but I personally prefer Buxom. I do find there is a similar type and amount of scent to the Moxies. Sweet and minty. If you think you can, it could be good to try Moxie. Maybe the ingredients differ enough that you will find you can use Moxie w/o issue. Good Luck!

I have read the description of this product and from what I read, it doesn't register as a fragranced product to me. I would contact a BE rep for further questions that refer to your allergies. Also, Moxie is a bare minerals product. Bare Minerals uses natural ingredients to ensure you get the best out of your products and create that natural flawless look everyday while also improving the look of your skin.

I don't wear makeup much, but when I start back using it more, I really notice a difference after a week of continuous use!

I was just wondering if Moxie is a lip plumper like Buxom was? Also, how is the consistency, is it sticky or more of a smooth gloss feel?

Yes, it is a plumper! You can still fell a slight tingle just as with buxom and it creates a pouty lip. It is not sticky at all! Its very smooth and moisturizing.

The 100% natural lip color is not gluten free :( I believe many, if not most, of these contain barley. It looks like the lip glosses and lip liners should be fine, however it is debatable. I think all of BE lip products have tocopherol (vit E) in them, which is gluten free, however i've read that in some cases tocopherol can be contaminated with gluten. (the laws aren't as strict when it comes to gluten in cosmetics as they are with food. If you have tocopherol in food it is gluten-free for sure, but it sounds like this may be questionable for cosmetics? i have only read this in random blog, but haven't found a really credible source for this yet.) I'm not sure if this is the case for BE lip products or not. I emailed BE over a month ago about this, but i still have not heard back... Let us know if you hear anything else about this!

I have checked the lip products of Bare Minerals. They are gluten free. All of Bare Minerals products on the BE website provide a description of the product, usage of it/what the products achieves when used and also a list of the natural minerals and ingredients used to make the product. You can always research and read about the product to be sure it has the right ingredients that work for you.

Is there a shade similar to sugar plum natural lip gloss in the Moxie

I love the color sugar plum in the 100% natural lip gloss but Moxie is my favorite type of gloss.

The closest is probably going to be Dare Devil. (Although the new Gutsy combined w/ Dare Devil might get a little closer.)
