I've used Beauty before. I got "The Tease" and thought it was similar.

I have oily skin so I do 2 touch-ups a day. I'll use oil absorbing sheets the first time mid day. Later in the day I re-apply my matte foundation and faux tan.

Natural is a good brush. It's made of goat hair. Clean your brushes once a month depending on how often you use them.

Synthetic you don't need to clean as much as you would the Goat Hair because Goat hair is a little more coarse, even though it's soft.

Ox hair, Pony hair and Taklon are very soft.

Use the shampoo sold on this website or your local store that sells BE products or use regular shampoo to take care of your brushes. Always make sure the bristles are pointed DOWNWARD so that water can not go into the brush itself. Lay the brushes on a flat, high surface and let the brushes naturally get dry on their own. May take some hours or so, so be sure when you want to apply your makeup it's not the same day that you want to apply it.

Do some brushes at a time if you wear BE makeup daily.

The Tease is my favorite. It gives me a pop of color without looking like a clown. That's the only color I own. My tip to makeup is to get a basic set of colors and tools and make sure that I can make them work for me in multiple ways so I can save up for other things such as the md formulations products that help your skin. Ever since I have used Bare Escentuals, my skin clears up and I have never had a problem out of using this makeup. Covergirl stinks, Smashbox is ridiculously expensive and I've tried Avon and it's okay...been some years since I used it and I use Avon as a back up if I were to have it in my purse, but I haven't used it in so long because Bare Escentuals really DOES give me results. I've had compliments on it!
