Doesthis Eyeliner have a smudge tip on one end & include a BE sharpener?product description says Yes,reviewer-says item does Not-CC review info below

The picture does not show a BE sharpener? When I zoom in cannot tell it has a smudging tip.

The only con here (and it's a small one) is that, since this is a double ended eyeliner, there is no room for the usual BE sharpener & smudging tip)
