answer 1
I bought mine in-store and the lady working there recommended this over the other cleansers for acne-prone skin. I use it with the purely nourishing moisturizer for combination skin, and it's been working great for me the past couple months.

I also have Acne prone skin and nothing was really working, so I tried the Deep Cleansing foam on a whim and it has honestly helped my skin out a lot. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed an overwhelming improvement in my skin. My face hasn't completely cleared up, but it is better than it has been in years! I'm not sure on the moisturizer, as I have been using one not from Bare Minerals. I have also heard that their Acne Treatment is amazing, but I haven't tried that yet either

I have very acne prone skin. I had flawless skin until I reached my late 20's, now it can break out so easily. I use the purifying facial cleanser first to remove my make-up. Then I follow up with the deep cleansing foam. Make sure you use the foam for the full 30 seconds concentrating on massaging it into your most acne prone areas. I even use it with the clarisonic for more cleansing (although I only do that at night...I skip the clarisonic in the morning). The deep cleansing foam is a little drying on my skin, so I follow it with the purely nourishing moisturizer and my skin looks and feels great...without the acne!

I would definitely recommend the Deep Cleansing Foam. Your skin type sounds very similar to mine. I too was using a different product and it worked "okay" but just never fully cleared up my skin or prevented future breakouts. I too love all the other BE products so I decided to try the skin care line. The rep at my local store suggested the deep cleansing foam due to my acne prone and combo (dry/oily) skin. I cannot tell you how amazing this product is. It is like silk on your skin! My pores have been significantly reduced and I've seen a quick turn around in my acne. My skin hasn't looked this good in years! Give it a try, I don't think you'll be disapointed!

I have the same issue, T-zone, and chin area. I use the exfoliating treatment cleanser and purifying cleanser and it works wonders. I don't hardly ever get a break out any more, and if something does come up it is usually one little bump and I treat them with the blemish therepy and the exfoliating treatment as a mask. I also use the combination skin daily moisturizer. Good Luck!!!

Any of the BE cleansers would work. The purifying is a liquid which I would compare to Biore or Neutrogena liquid cleansers. The foaming is in a tube and is more of a cream that lathers up. The exfoliation powder one is really nice and was the first cleanser. You put a small amt of powder in your palm & add water. Everyone is different, for me, I like the foaming & the original powder one because I get this nice glow, my skin feels so clean. The purifying didn't give me that glow.
The moisturizer, for your skin type, get the combo one which is for oily skin too. It's very light in texture. I've got an oily t-zone and it's fine. If you do break out like you say, I highly recommend blemish therapy. It's an outstanding product, comes with the brush too. There's lots of trial kits & larger ones with skincare on here and those other websites that sell BE. I myself just got a kit with full sizes of foaming cleanser, combo moisturizer, blemish therapy and a mineral veil compact with brush for $60. ($107 value). Mineral veil is a must have if you have oily skin and/or large pores. It's a miracle worker.
