If you need great coverage, you really want to use the foundation. The radiance products are more of an accent or highlighter to your normal makeup routine. I like it under or over my foundation, depending on my mood. I actually mix radiance into my foundation since I blend two shades together & like the extra glow it gives.

Pure radiance is a finishing touch. It has some sparkle and gives your face a luminous look. Foundation provides more of a cover for redness or blemishes. I would not use pure radiance as foundation and would not recommend that you do. Your face would not have coverage. Also pure radiance would not match your skin tone to be a foundation and it would be way too sparkly - very unnatural. Hope this helps!

Foundation is a skin tone powder that hides the imperfections of your skin and even your skin tone. Pure radiance adds a nude sheen of color to your face. The face colors are not a substitution for foundation, they add color to your skin that is different from your skin tone to highlight your features. If you have even skin tone, no dark circles under your eyes, and no dark spots or scars, then you don't need foundation and you can apply pure radiance right onto your skin.

Radiance is an All Over Color product. It is more of an accent the Faux Tan or Warmth, but can be used as an accent al over your face. I like it both under & over my foundation for that little extra glow.

Radiance products just bring a light and glow to your face, whereas the colors will have a slight tint to them. I also have yellow undertones, brown hair, and blue eyes. I have fair skin, wearing a Golden Fair foundation, and so I find the face color products kind of detract from my natural skin tone color (which I think is gorgeous thanks to BE skin care). I just use the radiance to let my natural skin tone shine through... I hope this helps you and good luck! :)

Radiance products are super sheer and add a soft illumination to your face wherever you apply them, they work as a highlighting product. The best spots are the high points of your face such as above your cheekbones, the bridge of your nose, etc. The All-Over Face colors are somewhat sheer also (more sheer than the blushes), but they add just a hint of color wherever they are applied. For example the Warmth All-Over Face color can be applied to the points on your face where the sun normally hits, like your forehead, chin, cheeks, tip of the nose, etc to give you a sun-kissed look. The Radiances have a sheer, soft bit of sheen to them, whereas the All-Over Face Colors tend to be more matte in texture and have a hint of color.

Pure, Secret, or Bare. The golden undertones in those radiance shades will counteract the redness in your complexion.

I also have some redness on my nose, forehead, and the cheek area around the nose. I find using a little extra of my foundation (Golden Fair) on the red areas gives me an even complexion, and I don't have to worry about the Pure, Clear, or Flawless radiance colors making me look red... I hope this helps and good luck :)

I use flawless radiance..i like the way it covers things up and makes my skin look great. Have you tried Summer Bisque? It is an amazing concealer!!! combine that with flawless radiance and you will cover the reddish coloring on your skin. hope it helps!

The radiance is like a topping on your ice cream cone. Mineral Veil is the cone. Pure Radiance would be goon under or over the MV or Foundation.

I use both. I use the mineral veil all over the face after applying foundation and blush, and then I apply the radiance to my cheekbones. I also sometimes use the pure radiance as my eyeshadow.

Absolutely use both. The radiance should be used as an all-over face color (highlighting cheeks, chin, bridge of your nose ect...) The mineral veil is your finishing powder and should be applied last.

I usually use Pure Radiance applied with a soft focus face brush all over my face. I have dark brown hair and wear Golden Fair, so I do have the yellow undertones, as well. It seems my skin is just a little more fair than yours, so I hope this helped :)
