YouTube is great for seeing women who can apply makeup. I would also navigate the BE website (Shop. Experience at the top of the BE website). This section has helped me understand my skin tone, colors that I like and a huge scope of different looks that aren't impossible to achieve :-) If all else fails, contact a BE rep via email.

You can still use the kit, but check the tutorial section of this site under Experience --> Tips & Advice. They have a tutorial for asian eyes under How-To.

Bare minerals is for a wide variety of skin tones. There are colors and techniques to do to achieve a great look no matter what your ethnicity is. I'm African American and I still bought the Pure Happiness Kit. It has a woman of a lighter complexion advertising it, but I'm dark skinned. So it won't look the same, but that's the point! :-) The lady on the box advertising the look will never look like me and vice versa. It's what makes us as women unique. There's only one of you in the whole world and that's very special. Embrace who you are because you're beautiful inside and out!

I am half Japanese, and half Black. I don't have hooded eyelids, but you can use the same kits, but apply the colors in a different way. But I totally agree, there aren't enough TUTORIALS for Asian eyes. Most of what I know is just from experimenting with other techniques and then taking them to achieve the look that I want. Try google.
