How do you apply a gel over your makeup?

The benefits on this list that The TEMPS: Oil Control Pore Refiner
Can be used alone or over makeup on all skin types.How would you use this OVER your makeup?I thought it was a gel.

It is a gel...but once you touch it to your face it will dry instantly and not disturb the make-up.

You can apply over or under your makeup, but sometimes if you apply it under makeup, your skin can become "flaky" as the product flakes off when applying foundation. To avoid this, simply "pat" the TEMPS on top of your foundation to shrink pore size and set your foundation to last all day!

Does this product have to be applied all over the face? And does it shrink pores for the day or in the long run?

I apply where needed and I have seen a definite reduction in pore size that has lasted and continues to improve.
