You can put it on first after cleansing skin (it does come with instructions) and once it's dry, you can put whatever else you please on over it. It's more creamy than wet, and absorbs right into your skin.
Daytime- I used it under my moisturizer and followed with my regular makeup routine.
Nighttime- I used it under active cell renewal serum and pure transformation night treatment.

I use it nightly after cleansing then apply a moisturizer. If I see any blemishes or yucky things popping up I will spot treat and in no time the issue is resolved.

I have been doing so for 2 months and it has worked wonders for me ( I have a combination skin)...although I do not use the vit-a- plus complex in the mornings (unless I apply sunscreen). They are not greasy at all, thus, you will need a light face lotion after u apply the complex and the serum.

I have a very sensitive skin and this product does not dry out my skin - md formulations other product, benzoyl peroxyde is, on the other hand, extremely bad for sensitive and dry skin, I actually cannot use it at all because after application my skin remains red for a couple of days!
