Yes, it is a loose powder that you apply with the eyebrow brush. i absolutly love it!!!

yes! i make the brush a little moist and apply the powder so i don't have any mess falling anywere other then my brow =]

How do I know what color to order? I do not want it to be too dark.

How do I determine the color that I should use? I consider my hair to be medium brown, and I do not want my brow color to be too dark.

Usually most people go by their hair color, but if you are worried about your eyebrows being too dark, then try a color maybe a shade or two lighter. Otherwise, see if you can find a bare minerals store near you and stop in, they can test your shade to see which one works for you. Otherwise with your hair being medium brown, I suggest the dark blonde medium blond. I think it might even be the perfect shade for you, you can adjust how dark and how light you brush on the color. Hope this helped!!

I've got the same kind of hair! I use the dark blonde/medium brow color. Pretty much any brunette can wear the color, it just depends how much of the powder you use! If I were you, I'd just make sure and double check that's the color you want, and try some of the product on at an ulta, sephora, or bare escentuals store. Basically, any store that sells bare escentuals make up :)

Try the foundation finder - it helped my find my perfect shade. If you think you are in-between shades, order both and mix.

Question

Will this brow product rub off before I'm ready to remove it?

I currently use a pencil which gives me the perfect color, coverage, and shape but it rubs off too easily especially in hot weather. I want something that will stay in place until I wash it off with soap and water or makeup remover.

It will come off if you use makeup remover, but fortunately the color actually does not come off as easily as most eyebrow pencils. Plus it looks very real and natural. So the shape and color will not rub off as easily I use it and I love the results

what difference is the brow color vs eye shadow or eye liner powder? I've blended two colors to create a softer shade and its going to last a long time.

Well the difference is that the eye color isnt made to do the same thing that the brow color is. They created the brow color to last on the hairs of your eyebrows to make sure it sticks. Otherwise I think that if you prefer to use the eye shadow and it works for you, then it doesn't really matter. Try a few different things and have fun :)
