Looking for Answers about bareMinerals Brow Finishing Gel?

I need BOTH Eyelash help AND Eyebrow help, but if ONE product does the same thing for BOTH....it seems to me more efficient to buy one rather than TWO things!? IF Lash Builder & Brow Finishing Gel ARE the same, which one is the best value...i.e cost vs. amount of product?? If NOT the same product, are there IMPORTANT reasons to buy BOTH??? As I said, I need to define, thicken & HELP BOTH brows & lashes, but simple & cheaper is most definitely a huge bonus!!!! If I can interchange the two products, with NO loss of benefit from either, I'd just as soon buy ONE as TWO! On a different subject, on the Lash Builder "comments" section, some say to let it DRY B4 putting on mascara, & others say put mascara on B4 it dries or you'll have a mess....which way is it SUPPOSED to be used??? Also, do you CURL lashes B4 or AFTER applying Lash Builder???? I am definitely going to get brow & mascara from you, but these are questions I need answered to help decide WHICH ones are best & most cost effective for me.
