Looking for Answers about bareMinerals Close Set Eyes?

Greetings--In the attached picture that I have sent to you, located on the upper left side top of the picture, is me without make up and my hair tied back. On the lower right of the attached picture is a botched job of me trying to give myself a virtual make over. If you could tell me what shades of eye makeup, mascara, color of blush, type of foundation and color, color of powder and type, conceler type and color, lip color and liner, nail color, or what ever else that I need to look good IE. hair color with a long style-- please tell me. I am starting totally fresh. I would be forever grateful if you helped me with this. I am basically new to the make up game after many years of not wearing any and I need to get rid of the warn out tom boy look for good!
